UK: National Waqf, a fundraising organization, is preparing to launch a new framework for the establishment of Waqf structures in England and Wales in February 2026. ‘The Waqf Pack’ framework is compliant with charity law in England and Wales and will bring together legal structures, governance models and practical tools to support charities and community organizations in the country.
