OMAN: Rihal, an Omani data management company, signed an agreement with Oman Data Park to develop and host Daily Millionaire, a Shariah compliant digital platform combining e-commerce, digital raffles and fractional ownership of luxury assets. Backed by a US$13 million investment, the platform will operate on sovereign cloud infrastructure and aims to offer a blockchain-enabled experience featuring a digital wallet and loyalty system.
