GLOBAL: Nuwa Capital, which applies Shariah investment structures, led a US$1.77 million seed round in Mantas, which manages insurance for cloud service outages – treating this downtime as a material business risk, rather than a technical issue. The funding round was joined by Suhail Ventures, Plus VC and the OQAL Angel Syndicate.
