GLOBAL: The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Arbitration Centre (OIC-AC) has appointed Dr Umar A Oseni as its new secretary-general. Dr Umar previously served as the executive director for legal and compliance and the acting CEO of the same global intergovernmental body.
