PE firm Sriwijaya Capital inks MoUs with BlueFive Capital, Danantara Indonesia
GLOBAL: New PE firm Sriwijaya Capital has signed an MoU with Abu Dhabi-based BlueFive Capital – which invested in Sidra Capital to expand its Shariah offerings. Sriwijaya Capital also signed an MoU with sovereign wealth fund Danantara Indonesia. The firms will jointly explore initiatives in renewable energy and infrastructure, digital economy and fintech as well as healthcare and life sciences – with Indonesia serving as the anchor market and springboard for regional expansion. Sriwijaya Capital, headquartered in Singapore, has reportedly raised over US$200 million for its debut fund.
