INDONESIA: The Financial Services Authority, or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), has designated the shares of shipping company, Pelayaran Jaya Hidup Baru as Shariah compliant securities under Decree No. KEP-35/PM.02/2025. The inclusion follows OJK’s review of the company’s registration documents and supporting data confirming compliance with Shariah criteria. With this decision, the shares are now listed in OJK’s official List of Shariah Securities issued on the 22nd May 2025. OJK stated that it will continue to review and update the list periodically based on issuers’ financial reports and corporate actions.
