PHBAM takes over AHB

Asset Management

MALAYSIA: PHB Asset Management (PHBAM), a subsidiary of Perlaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB), has taken over the management of Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB), a Shariah compliant commercial property unit trust, from the 1st July 2024. PHBAM aims to enhance the fund with Takaful and legacy planning.

AHB’s previous asset manager was Maybank Asset Management from 2010.
