PAKISTAN: Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited (PQFTL) has introduced Mahana Bachat and Takaful Flexi Plan, a Shariah compliant investment-linked Takaful plan offering returns with a minimum contribution of PKR50,000 (US$179.34), with the option to increase returns through monthly top-up contributions starting at PKR1,000 (US$3.58). The plan includes complimentary Takaful coverage of up to PKR30 million (US$107,606) or six times the average cash value of the last three months, whichever is lower.
