UAE: The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department is activating a direct electronic link that will allow Emirates Islamic bank to conduct inquiries, verifications and compliance transactions – in accordance with the authority’s roles and applicable legislative controls. This cooperation aims to enhance the efficiency of real estate registration and financing procedures within the Sharjah jurisdiction of the UAE.
