QATAR: Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has enhanced its Flexible Certificate of Deposits (Flexi CD), a Mudarabah product, to align with sustainable finance principles, directing funds toward green and socially responsible projects. This includes clean energy, pollution control, green buildings, education and healthcare.
Available in Qatari riyal and US dollar with tenors of one, two or three years, the Flexi CD carries a minimum subscription of US$25,000.
