INDIA: Quantum Advisors, which recently launched its open-ended equity fund benchmarked to the NIFTY 500 Shariah Total Return Index, has appointed Nitasha Shankar as the CIO of Quantum Advisors’ Outsourced CIO Strategy offered under the FamilyOffice unit. As per a report by Knight Frank Wealth, India ranks fourth globally with 85,698 high-net-worth individuals and third globally in terms of number of billionaires. A report by Techsieresearch, estimated that Indian families controlled US$154 billion of assets in 2024.
