SAUDI ARABIA: SAB Invest announced its first real estate exit valued at SAR268 million (US$71.47 million) from the Azure Lamara compound – which generated a 35% total ROI in under two years. The firm’s local real estate portfolio currently stands at about SAR3 billion (US$800 million).
