SAUDI ARABIA The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) issued a license to debt crowdfunding platform Funding Souq, which facilitates small business loans for SMEs and links them to debt investors worldwide. This brings the total to 10 authorized companies offering debt-based crowdfunding solutions in Saudi Arabia and 61 SAMA-licensed finance companies.
