UAE: The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) of the UAE has launched "Regulating the Private Offering of Debt Bonds, Sukuk and Securitized Financial Instruments", one of the projects within the performance agreements of federal government agencies for 2023-2024.
The new regulation aims to diversify investment opportunities and tools for investors and encourage issuers of private offerings to list in local financial markets instead of outside the country.
