PAKISTAN: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has formed a committee to streamline the capital market account opening process. The committee, which includes representatives from the SECP, the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the Pakistan Stock Brokers Association and EClear Services, will evaluate existing procedures, identify issues and recommend improvements for efficiency and user-friendliness.
