Cumhurbaşkanlığı Finans Ofisi (Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Finance Office) is a government agency established on July 10, 2018, following the transition to the Presidential Government System in Turkey. Operating under the direct authority of the Presidency, the Finance Office is one of four special-budgeted, administratively and financially autonomous offices within the Turkish government.

Headquartered at Ziaur Rahman Caddesi, Çankaya, Ankara, the office employs between 100 and 249 people and plays a strategic role in Turkey’s long-term development goals. Its core responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing both national and international banking and financial sectors, reporting directly to the President, and developing strategies to diversify financial instruments and attract international capital to Turkey. The office is also tasked with overseeing the Istanbul Finance Center (İFM) Project and tracking its progress.

Cumhurbaşkanlığı Finans Ofisi is recognized for its analytical and strategic contributions to Turkey’s financial sector, supporting the country’s ambition to become a global financial hub and advancing key national projects in line with economic growth and stability objectives.
