SAUDI ARABIA: Saudi Fransi Capital (SFC), as the fund manager for Bonyan REIT, has secured a Shariah compliant financing facility agreement of SAR500 million (US$133.32 million) with Alinma Bank for a duration of seven years. The profit will be distributed on a quarterly basis starting from the withdrawal of funds and the loan is to be settled upon maturity, as stated in a bourse filing.
