SINGAPORE: Launched on the 3rd August 2024, the Wakaf Masyarakat Singapura managed by the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis), is allowed to receive pension funds and insurance benefit payouts. A Muis Fatwa allows Muslims to legacy-designate their contribution savings parked in the Central Provident Fund as well as insurance distributions to this national Waqf fund.
