SAUDI ARABIA: Tarmeez Capital has launched a SAR4 billion (US$1.67 billion) financing portfolio in partnership with the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at), following a cooperation agreement signed at the Biban Forum 2025 in Riyadh. The portfolio will provide Shariah compliant Sukuk-based financing solutions to SMEs.
