EGYPT: Tasaheel Microfinance Company, a subsidiary of Egyptian fintech company MNT-Halan, plans to issue Sukuk worth EGP6 billion (US$194.01 million) through Commercial International Bank, reported Daily News Egypt. The Sukuk deal is expected to be completed by the beginning of the second quarter of this year.
The deal aims to finance the company’s growth by providing financing solutions.
