UAE: TECOM Group has completed the acquisition of Office Park, a Grade-A commercial asset located in Dubai Internet City valued at AED720 million (US$196 million), from Emirates REIT on the 21st October 2024.
This acquisition brings TECOM Group’s asset investments in 2024 to more than AED2.7 billion (US$734.99 million).
