SAUDI ARABIA: The Saudi Capital Market Authority has approved the merger of Tharawat Tuwaiq into AlKhair Capital.
The approval allows AlKhair Capital to absorb Tharawat Tuwaiq Financial Company’s operations as part of the sector’s consolidation efforts.
