UK: Vennre investors in Growth Fund V, run by partner Barwood Capital, saw the completion of this fund’s portfolio over a three-year period with its final acquisition of a two-acre freehold site in Stevenage – located 30 miles from London and Cambridge – for a GBP12 million (US$15.8 million) warehouse project. This fund invests in the UK regional markets, especially in the industrial, self-storage, care home and student sectors.
