UK: Technology investment fund Mayfair Equity Partners has invested in Shariah compliant private wealth advisory and fund services provider VG. Mayfair will acquire a majority stake in the business investing alongside the current management team. Additional deal terms have not been disclosed and completion remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
