IRAN: Vista Asset Management launched a food sector fund, with units priced at IRR10,000 (US$0.24) each. The three-day subscription period for the Vista Chashni Fund opened on the 10th November 2025. The fund invests in any or all of the 53 food and beverage companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange, with up to 30% allocated to related industries such as agriculture and sugar, covering 38 companies in total. This industry is considered stable with low volatility due to the essential nature of its products. Despite food expenses making up 25% of Iranian household consumption, only about 2% of market capitalization is allocated to the sector, indicating untapped investment potential.
