US: Walton Global has launched the U.S. Land Income & Growth Fund, a private investment vehicle targeting international institutional and high-net-worth investors seeking exposure to US residential land assets. The fund, which achieved its first close in October 2025, employs a hybrid strategy combining land-backed financing to US homebuilders secured by first-lien interests and direct acquisition of pre-development residential land in high-growth metropolitan areas. The vehicle has been certified as Shariah compliant by Masryef Advisory and is registered in the Cayman Islands under the regulation of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. It is managed by US Land Manager (BVI), with Walton Global Holdings responsible for land sourcing, structuring and management, and is accessible via multiple international investment platforms including Swissquote, Moventum and Capital International Group.
