INDONESIA: Bank Mega, as trustee for Indonesian state-owned construction firm Wijaya Karya’s four Sukuk Mudarabah facilities, issued between 2020 to 2022, declared Wijaya Karya in default on its obligations per the Trust Agreement.
This follows the issuer's audited Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31st December 2024, with the default remaining unremedied within the stipulated timeframe. The trustee will proceed with actions as specified under the agreement.
