MALAYSIA: YTL Power International has issued an Islamic medium-term note (IMTN) worth RM500 million (US$106.23 million) that carries a 13-year tenor and a 4.21% coupon rate and another IMTN worth RM500 million that carries a 12-year tenor and a 4.18% coupon rate, according to separate Bond and Sukuk Information Exchange filings.
The papers received an ‘AA1’ rating from RAM Ratings. Maybank Investment Bank was the lead arranger.
