UK: Apollo, a global alternative asset manager, announced that its managed funds have acquired UK residential platform Gatehouse Living Group from Gatehouse Bank, as part of Apollo’s expansion into the UK housing sector. Gatehouse Living Group will continue operating under its existing management to scale its build-to-rent platform.
