MALAYSIA: Bursa Malaysia RAM Capital (BR Capital), a joint venture entity between Bursa Malaysia and RAM Holdings is pleased to announce the launch of a secondary market for its debt fundraising and investment platform.
The secondary market enables investors to buy or sell investment notes that were issued on BR Capital’s Platform. This effectively provides flexibility and liquidity to investors after the initial issuance or subscription of the investment notes as well as contributes to refined price discovery and optimization of investment strategies.
