MALAYSIA: Malaysia’s start-up funder under the Ministry of Finance, Cradle Fund, has signed an MoU with digital securities exchange platform Kapital DX (KLDX). This partnership offers start-ups greater flexibility in choosing funding options that align with their unique needs, enabling companies that may not traditionally attract local venture capital funding to raise capital through the KLDX platform.
