UAE: ENBD REIT said its portfolio value increased 4% year-on-year (y-o-y) to US$384 million, while its net asset value increased 8.5% y-o-y to US$195 million at US$0.78 per share, for the financial year ended the 31st March 2024.
The REIT’s investments across multiple properties, combined with active asset management strategies, resulted in gross income increasing to US$34.5 million, from US$31.3 million the previous year.
