UAE: Franklin Templetonhas appointed Hardeep Dogra as the new portfolio manager and research analyst on its Global Sukuk MENA Fixed Income team, to be based in Dubai, UAE. Prior to this, Hardeep was the portfolio manager for global emerging market debt strategies at Alliance Bernstein’s London office, co-managing approximately US$25 billion of AUM.
