TURKIYE: Halk Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi (Halk GYO), a real estate investment trust in Turkiye, issued a lease certificate worth TRY560 million (US$15.35 million) on the 4th March 2025. The Islamic paper carries a maturity of 112 days and an annual simple yield of 40.5%.
