SAUDI ARABIA: InterContinental Hotels Group inked a deal with Knowledge Economic City for two new hotels in the Islamic World District in Madinah, opening January 2029 in KEC’s Cluster 01. The addition of 1,057 rooms aims to enhance the city’s infrastructure and economy with a focus on hospitality for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims.
