QATAR: Lesha Bank has acquired 100% of Amedeo Air Four Plus (AA4+), a Guernsey-incorporated aircraft leasing company. The acquisition, by the bank's wholly owned subsidiary LAC 10, was completed at GBP0.73 (US$0.96) per share, with an equity value of approximately GBP190 million (US$250.85 million).
