SAUDI ARABIA: MEFIC REIT has signed an annex to the management and operation contract with development operator Sustainable Properties Company, to reduce the operational costs for the fund’s Plaza 1 property located in Riyadh.
MEFIC Capital, the fund manager, said that it anticipates the outcomes of this change to be positive in reducing operational costs and enhancing the fund’s net returns.
