MALAYSIA: Malaysia Rail Link (MRL) plans to issue SDG Sukuk for projects that contribute toward environmental and social benefits under its SDG Sukuk Framework, according to a rating note.
The framework has received a ‘Gold’ Impact Assessment rating from MARC Ratings.
