PAKISTAN: National Bank Modaraba Management Company has elected and re-elected six directors for a three-year term effective the 25th May 2026, subject to approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
The re-elected directors are Fouad Farrukh, Hasan Ahmed and Tosheeba Sarwar. Newly elected directors are Javaid Bashir Sheikh, Usman Shahid and Ijaz Bashir Sheikh.
