SAUDI ARABIA: The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved Bank AlJazira’s request to increase its capital from SAR8.2 billion (US$2.19 billion) to SAR10.25 billion (US$2.73 billion) through issuing one bonus share for every four existing shares owned by the shareholders, according to an official statement.
