SAUDI ARABIA: The Saudi Exchange Company has published draft amendments to its Exchange Rules for public consultation, proposing enhancements aimed at strengthening the Kingdom’s Sukuk and debt market.
The proposed changes include updates to the regulatory framework for securitization activities and enhanced disclosure requirements for asset-backed debt instruments to improve transparency, market efficiency and investor participation. Feedback will be accepted until the 14th June 2026.
