SAUDI ARABIA: Banan Real Estate Company has formed an investment committee following a board resolution dated the 8th June 2026. The committee will be chaired by Abdulmohsen Abdulaziz Al-Hakbani and includes Khalid Hamad Al-Qassim and Thamer Mohammed Al-Awad as members.
The committee’s term commenced on the date of its formation and will continue until the end of the current board’s term.
