TURKIYE: Turkiye Real Estate Bank has on the 6th March 2024 through Emlak Katilim Varlik Kiralama issued three Sukuk facilities worth TRY1.46 billion (US$45.6 million) in total that carry a 386-day tenor and a 44% simple annual return rate and another Sukuk facility worth TRY760 million (US$23.74 million) that carries a 91-day tenor and a 44% simple annual return rate, according to separate bourse filings.
Separately, Turkiye Real Estate Bank, or Turkiye Emlak Katilim Bankasi (Emlak Katilim), has on the 12th March 2024 through Emlak Katilim Varlik Kiralama launched a Sukuk facility worth TRY1 billion (US$31.14 million) that carries a 92-day tenor and a 45% simple annual return rate; and on the 14th March 2024 also through Emlak Katilim Varlik Kiralama issued a Sukuk facility worth TRY50 million (US$1.55 million) that carries a 98-day tenor and a 44% simple annual return rate, according to separate bourse filings.
